Aggie,

It's hard to say on TMAR. It's most likely a combination of poor drilling activity in the Gulf, negative cash flow for TMAR and the perception that NG prices will fall and the sector activity will decline soon. TDW didn't help with both missing the numbers and lower guidance.

Institutional money is still exiting the sector on every rally and hedge funds are now shorting NG and OSX stocks on the bet that a downturn is just around the corner that will be caused by lower NG prices.

The big question is will demand for NG return and at what price. Not much improvement in supply, but also no sign of a return in demand from industrial customers. If we don’t get some help with the weather this winter, NG prices could very well fall below $3.00.

I think it's still time to watch until we see a change in perception and money flows back into the sector.

You might get a nice bounce off the bottom on TMAR at some point?

Weshallsee???

Jim
