"It's always amusing to watch a FSBO and a buyer argue over the commission that isn't being charged" LOL...I'm selling my home without an agent and I'm seeing buyers deduct money because of the lack of commision. Does anyone have an ideas on selling your on home they would like to share? I'm contemplating on getting a RE license in case this sale by owner thing does not work out....6% is a lot of cash.
