PRGO-I watched this company just before Gibbons came on board. I think he has done a good job at directing the company with longer term planing. Taking big positions in stock when coming on board. He has been a seller since ,but the condition of the company has not changed for the worse. The restoration of putting the company on a sales and earnings growth path has taken place. The initiation of a divided, and now an increase does show confidence-, and looks to be continued down the road- IMO. I do think P & G would be interested here, along with a major drug distribution company. Norwich -Eaton and Richardson-Vicks, are direct competitors for OCT products. PRGO for off branded, P & G for branded. Both are in well with Walmart. I think P & G owning both branded and non branded will give them an advantage on pricing with customers.
