obviously, dma, we don't have all the facts, but the prosecutor and the judge decided there was sufficient evidence to bind the case over for trial

my point wrt the estrich article was that she seemed to be saying she's a "bad victim" because she so neatly fits within the nuts and sluts "defense" not necessarily that there was insufficient evidence.....the very thing that the "rape shield" law was designed to prevent.

that being a person's prejudice either overtly or subconsciously tends toward the idea that woman is not likely to be credible if a rape is reported by her and she falls into either category
