Fair enough. We can always justify things to ourselves when we need to, agreed! It seems a real inefficient way to siphon off money. Maybe the US needs the Nigerian Audit Office - it would be a lot less hassle for the US and the World in general to siphon funds to preferred companies. And I thought I was a cynic. :) -macavity
