Even Trimtabs Charles Biderman (on CNBC) this afternoon was bullish...I believe his fund trades only on liquidity. He had misjudged the summer rally (as I recall) probably because he did not factor in a topping in the bond market. I guess the small number of new offerings now can't absorb the new cash into the markets. This is what makes it so different from February 2000, when similar amounts flowed into mutual funds.
