muzosi,

Good thing you got a nice visual alarm rather before something failed.

BTW, is 2000fp the Dell monitor? I seem to recall that it is 1600x1200. Is fx5200 happy supporting that resolution using DVI? What is your refresh rate?

I would like to get a graphics card that supports DVI at 1600x1200 that is low power, preferably fanless. Any ideas what would be a good solution? I don't care about 3D performance. I am afraid that my old Matrox card may not be happy with new low AGP voltages of new motherboards. Are there any low cost fanless fx5xxx card out there, or equivalnet ATI? I haven't done any research yet.

Joe
