SB, doesn't it look to you like US semi equipment companies have been losing market share to Japanese? Hmmmm.....I wouldn't venture to say that. Perhaps you might narrow your postulate down? Back end (vs. Front end) tools? Keep in mind that this kind of measurement IMHO may be best taken as we get close to the peak, which we are not yet near. SB
