You don't get all you ask. And your special interests aren't the only thing that matters. You do seem totally unwilling to see that there might be another side to a matter, though.

2. So what? It is a legal business. As such, it is legally entitled to operate. It has far more to recommend it than the casinos that are so popular.

Exactly on what do you base that statement? Workers in CA must pay state income and sales taxes regardless of where they are from. And federal taxes.

Tough. You don't get to decide where Larry Ellison (whom am I no fan of, but you are starting to change that) bases his business.

And WHAT overhead? Checking and issuing Visas is a federal responsibility.
