How that does that work? Do you know how to prepare the documents, and where are you going to get the right documents in the first place? From a lawyer, of course.

The internet is a powerful thing. Also full of a lot of crapola. Be wary of websites you visit and quote for others to use.

Also, here's a fact that might be useful to some people: A lawyer can sell real estate for other people without a real estate license, but a real estate agent can't be a lawyer without a license to practice law in that state.
