Distric Attorney's have the lattitude to decide what charges to bring. Personally I think they shouldn't be making so many deals. You enforce and prosecute all the laws to the maximum extent of the law. Nothing wrong with charing blacks with felonies. White's and hispanics should be charged with felonies also. I hope your argument isn't whites and asians get a minor charge so blacks and hispanics should get a minor charge also.
