You are correct. RE agents do not provide escrow services. They may recommend one (from their list of three or more). Who pays 7K$ for closing agency??? And why use an attorney? Why not an escrow company who typically do more transactions than a lawyer in gerneral and are have more legal liability and than an attorney?
