Steve,ECD is very busy filling all its research and other contracts. For instance the (TACOM),a division of the Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command. Five million cost for 30 month program shared cost with TACOM. Phase 3 of the 21st Century Truck Initiative, which is aimed at doubling to tripling the fuel economy of heavy-duty vehicles. The contract started in June 28, 2001 so 30 months would be December 28, 2003.

This information came from ECD home site. If theirs no follow up order to build batteries for the Tank Command. It will be the cost of business added to companies red ink. Its a high risk business ECD is in. ECD,royalties have not been high enough to cover its losses. On the other hand the profits that could flow from just one success could put this company in the greenbacks.

ECD, has a lot of irons in the fire. ECD keeps branding their horses but their are some tough rustlers out their. I been riding this trail for a while lot of rocks in the way. ECD's ,strong points is research and resulting patents. I understand that ECD dose not have the capitol to follow through with products. ECD, needs partner's that are committed to follow through that is the gamble with ECD will they find them and have they found them.
Just some passing thoughts.

Allen
