Yep, that about sums it up. Seeing how the "deal of the century" has a defined time period to acquire seismic and drill a certain number of wells, all that any other company needs do is wait. What every is in the ground isn't going anywhere. Then AIPN will be forced to abandon their effort due to a lack of funds and the lease goes back up for auction or the Prez brother finds another. Colombia and Indonesia all over again, IMO.
