I have to disagree flatly there:
The predominance of Jews willing to live in the West Bank and Gaza are there primarily for the religious experience of being back in their homeland.

WHy else would otherwise allegedly sane people want to live there?

additionally; those Western Jews as you call them can trace their ancestry to the Israelite Nation, so your basic premise from which you draw your conclusions, is, as usual, off point, irrelevant, and thus devoid of any basis in fact.
