That is a problem, not a solution. As the world moves to a less US centric world, military might becomes less and less meaningful. Are you going to bomb people to make them do business with you? They will tell us where to shove it. Cooperation and interaction are much more powerful weapons. The world's wealth is balancing out, it is a natural occurrence....energy, matter and money flow from high concentration, to low.

Quit fighting the last war, it is a classic mistake.
