Extra Pale, I just reread your post I want to say I agree with almost all points that you made. The positive news about Intel is that they signed the February 5,2003 agreement" Expands and Extend Microelectronics relationship" with Ovonyx. ( Only major points discussed in ECD's news release. No Financial money's explained about agreement. (My opinion is that Intel wants to come out with a first OUM chip with two or three bits per cell where OUM has a chance of competing with current flash chips on costs. Can it be done? We will have to wait a find out.) I want other people to invest in this stock or not for their own reasons not mine. I have had a friend in the past invest and 10 years later sell with not much to show for it. I have enough pressure worrying about myself and I don't want to feel responsible for other people's investments. I did one thing that I regret. I didn't follow your advice and good sense and committed to much on one stock at the beginning. Long and still waiting for this company to turn around. Allen
