It just seems a bit simplistic to expect other trading nations not to adopt similar policies and in doing so it defeats any great benefit to us.....and you know everyone will be gaming it six ways to Sunday. Afterall, we taught the world the casino art of derivative trading....all I can see are new trading desks at JPM issuing certifications, minus their 20%, of course.
