Do not want to get to 10,000 too easily
we need to get close let everyone talk about it, prepare for the party etc etc etc.

Get close sell off, get close again sell off.
Then get thru but close below. Let bears pile on, then get thru and stay there. Gap up 200 points the next day.

You have to plan your parties.
If we blast thru tomorrow there will not be enough time to plan the event.

Surely a genious like yourself can understand this logic
