Your correct. In fact, any business plan should include an exit strategy. So much for Bush's business sense.

I get the feeling that Bush was starting to get into the 'I am GOD' approach to war, much the same way Robert E. Lee did at Gettysburg. Bush, I think, felt he didn't need a plan because finding the WMD's would be sufficient vindication for him to get whatever funds Bush needed for reconstruction, not to mention a Republican controlled congress.

Of course, we all know what happened to THAT PLAN.
