Doughboy Thanks for your input. I didn't say the " Musical Chair" concept as you call it was illegal. I just said it raises red flags with the I.R.S. and depending on how many houses are involved, it can be a lengthy process. You also still have Deprec. Recapture issues. As for A.M.T.
