My basis towards most commodities is still bullish. Even in the likelihood of some kind of China bust, demand will remain firm, even strong. But the way to play it, is to get in with the commercials before the specs pile in,

and in products that have low inventories structurally. Corn recently was the perfect play in this regard. Now all of a sudden (after the price spiked), players are focused on China. I can assure you that China was rarely mentioned two months ago, it was all US centric. I will distribute corn along with the commercials. They've been feeding some the last few days.

The metals on the otherhand are long in the tooth, specs are the main influence, and if they sell, look out. The PM stocks are getting down right silly.
