The Authorizenet segment reported 13% sequential revenue growth with 31% year over year revenue growth.

Very Profitable $30+ Million per year business. It seems like the size and profile of a company that would be of interest to the old Go2net team.

Would the old Go2net team be interested in acquiring? Would it fit into their plans? What would it's possible sale price be? I would guess that this property would probably fit very nicely.

Would estimate Ah-ha.com to have revenue of $20 to $28 Million per year. They have been profitable for 2 years. I base my revenue estimate on the fact that I believe they average $.08 to $.10 per click and have approximately 20 to 24 million click thrus per month.

An acquisition of Authorizenet would create a $50 to 60 Million business. My guess is that it would be growing revenues 30% to 35% year over year with net operating margins in the 15% to 20% range.
