Steve, etc.: I've had a request for information in to PCFN for a transaction made and confirmed on 8/5/97 since the following day, 8/6. This morning (Monday, 8/11/97) I've re-sent this message 3 times. I, for one, am concerned that their recent commission decrease is causing them to have inordinate delays in responding to e-mail inquiries. Anyone else having this same concern? Ken Merwin Wisconsin
