It was reported wrongly by a major news wire that erhc had 144 filing to sell 2 million shares.
It was presedessor of the ERHC who was selling pre reverse split volume of 2 mil and entirely diffrent from ERHC.

Also go to www.erhc and see their phase 1, 2 and 3 plans for expansion.
You will get a warm glowing sense of having made a right decision to buy this stock.
