Here is a post from Mike on the subject of who is paying for the ads .

Whitefish, I appreciate your frustration and distrust of Management. This is why many including myself called and wrote to Fonar. It was pointed out that the company paying for a personal ad to Damadian would violate arm's length transaction regulation and would not pass SEC scrutiny. I probably wrote 5 emails with links and quotes. Leapfrog, our advertising company, was told to not send any bills to Fonar, but send them to the foundation. I specifically asked Dan Culver if Fonar would donate to the foundation, and he said absolutely not one penny. Believe what you will, but this is what is. And again, not a pumper, not a basher, just a digger for facts. Hope you are enjoying the recovery in our share price.
