David: I think you underestimate the pessimism that exists right now about the opening on 1 September. When the reality of success hits on 1 September, the stock should soar to new highs. Smart players are buying now, including the folks at Virginia Business, which will do a feature article (very positive on the stock) in their next issue. I visited the construction site this weekend and the crews are 90% complete on all needed construction to meet the State of Virginia deadline. They will make it! I am going to both the ultimate beach party and the 1 September race. I'll be the one wearing the "Buy Colonial Downs (NASDAQ- - CDWN) 300% Growth" t-shirt (just kidding). BTW, did you catch the Virginian Pilot article on the front page of the Saturday paper? Pat Robertson's Christian fanatics are at it again on their anti-gambling agenda. The article mentioned the rumors that Colonial Downs will not meet the 1 September deadline; however, in the same article they quoted O.J. Peterson, III as saying hey would meet the deadline. Go CDWN!
