I think we are at some kind of cross- purpose here. Sure, the person perceives a justifying good, but the problem is not that, since we often make legitimate judgments of priority, and transgress without sin when to refrain would allow a greater evil. The problem is that the injustice of considering the good we attain to supercede the harm done to others, and/or to not fully appreciate the consequences of action.......
