If you're saying that the poor have a need to openly sell drugs in the cities of America to survive, then how come the rural poor don't need this same crutch. How come illegal or legal immigrant hispanics that come to this country every day come here...because jobs are available. How come the hispanics and those that cannot speak a word of English are able to find jobs whereas the poor in the cities HAVE to or are somehow FORCED into breaking major laws and commit acts that destroy society by selling drugs? Drugs and gang activity have nothing to do with poverty and have everything to do with GREED and the negative culture that gets passed down/learned from one generation to the next. I say those that deal drugs are GREEDY caught by the suppossed lure of fast money, lots of money, lots of power and because an entry level job or a job that hispanics willingly take somehow aren't good enough for them. The moral poor in the country in rural America, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Appalachia and other places are content to live by the laws of the land, don't hurt anybody and aren't tempted by drug and gang activity.
