i assumed xom did not care much about declines in its us ng supply. i assumed xom was going to look for its growth with the sure thing, yukos deal. that does not look too good right now unless putin is thinking russia will grab the 44% block from the guys in jail and sell some of it to xom. i wonder how secure xom would feel about That.
