Yep... just as Clinton 'inherited' the Bush I economy, Bush I inherited the 'Reagan/Bush economy', etc., etc. It always the same though: any President will blame everything bad that happens on the guy before him... and take credit for everything good. (Maybe that's why Bush I was a one-termer... hard for him to blame problems on someone else --- when he'd been the VP for those preceding 8 years :)
