I'm having similar problems. Trading restrictions placed because can't get positions or balances. Can take 10 to 20 minutes before I become unrestricted. I've lost connections and have had some problems getting reconnected in the last few days. Comes and goes. Don't know if the solar flares are causing this or if Schwab is going down the tubes!
