They are on University websites and they seem to have been hacked from Diebold by students. Take it for what it's worth but I have heard much about the problems with security on Diebolds voting machines so I believe them. The e-mails show an attitude at Diebold and seem to point to engineering the machines to steal elections. This site has a lot of corroborating info. whatreallyhappened.com
