Jobs and deficits still weigh us down. The growth is being spurred by record deficit spending. Until jobs are added by the hundreds of thousands and millions, adding revenues, this won't be a real recovery. Still it's hopeful news. I'm a businessman too so I want things to lighten up. Business has been very-very difficult these past 2-3 years. Practically no one wants to risk any money outside the real estate business.
