I agree some lawsuits are ridiculous, but they have little to do with liberal or conservative. They have to do with over-zealous lawyers and stupid judges. Also, the mentality in this country that we can sue anyone for anything. I know a divorced woman who's been sued 44 times by her ex, just because he wanted to irritate her. It bankrupted her. I'm sure no liberal would agree with that sort of abuse. Nor should anyone, but it's the law. If you want to sue someone, you can, for anything. Until the court throws your suit out. What about Bushies suing to stop the vote count in Florida? That was the biggest legal abuse in our history? What would have been wrong with a total thorough vote recount under Ford and Carter? The GOP uses attorneys the same as anyone else.
