Paul:

On FIT: downside risk might be pretty well capped at $3.75. Wonder if there is any kind of an upside. 8K disclosed that FIT was shopped around to 80 potential suitors. No takers. I would love to buy $35 million net current assets for $19 million. Look forward to reading Proxy on this one.

The company maintains positive cash flow. I wonder what happened to all of their business over the past 10 years? Sales shrunk from $189 million to $63 million.

I owned FIT several years ago and made a good buck on it. Would love to see history repeat itself.

Seems there ought to be a competing bid her equal at least to the net current asset value.

BTW, anyone here still holding MAXS?
