I would suggest to you that the top 1% who probably own large business have a good chance of losing everything when their place of business, factory or what have you gets destroyed in the war. Also don't forget we have a volunteer armed force right now, not a draft. People join the military who want to join the military. Thats the current system. We have that system because of draft protesters during Vietnam. In the war on terror, look at many wealthy americans were destroyed by the WTC attack?
