What a world. The PR spinmeisters even try to turn around an event that made a laughingstock of the Capital police:

I wouldn't call 90 minutes of SWAT teams, panic and confusion to be too very "swift". <gg>

At least in Washington, the Keystone Kops are alive and well. The next thing we'll hear from them is a plea for more funding. <g/ng> It is totally predicable.
