Hmmmmm James, thanks for picking up on this. I missed that little sentence completely. It's certainly not a typo, which leaves slip-up or honest mistake. Only a call or email to GGL can sort this out.
You or I?

From the NR:
"The southeast portion of the Slave Craton contains, to date, two potential diamond mines. The Snap Lake diamond deposit is scheduled to go into production in two to three years. The deposit was found in 1996 by a junior exploration company, Winspear Resources, which in 2000 was bought by De Beers. The Gahcho Kue kimberlites, on Mountain Province (MPV) claims adjacent to GGL's Doyle Lake project area, contain a gross diamond resource of $2.0 billion. De Beers is earning a 60% interest in this deposit from Mountain Province Diamonds Inc.
A pre-feasibility study is in progress."
