9:31AM Varian Semi upgraded at Moors & Cabot (VSEA) 47.10 +0.82: Moors & Cabot upgrades to to Sector Outperform from Sector Perform, citing stronger than expected Q4 results, improving fundamentals, clearer order visibility, and their belief that VSEA is the best-positioned ion implant co in terms of technology and product offerings for the next recovery cycle. Target is $60.
