Isn't that odd? I thought the FDA issued approvable, then the committee recommended, and finally the FDA decided. That the idea of pronouncing something approvable was to state that there was sufficient information to consider the matter. I suppose then that the making approval conditional makes sense, but I wish we knew those conditions.
