Mikhail Khodorkovsky, wasn't he one of the biggest criminals in Russia and that is how he became the richest man Russia? I assume xon doesn't care who they deal with as long as it is profitable. So if this guy stays in jail forever companies will invest in Russia as long as they have some type of international contract that can be supported in courts.
