Wyoming is hugely cold Kerry, From your description you could be talking about Alberta. Its not quite as high and dry as Wyoming and although most of the rest apply, what a difference... Our cities are amongst the fastest growing in Canada. Your thirst for our energy guarantees a prosperous future as long as we are using reduced carbon as an energy source. We have a saying in Alberta - we have 10 months of winter and 2 months of sh'ty skiing. It's a good place to live, as long as you like winter. HA
