Yup, the retrospectroscope sees everything. Hindsight is great.

Apparently you have more self discipline than me. But maybe now we can engage in productive disagreement, as we've done before on other threads like QCOM. Which by the way has still under-performed alternatives even in the boomlet :o)

As far as belief in investment systems, I agree with you. We strike it rich when we manage to guess right and the market guesses wrong. We lose out the other way 'round. It's part of the human condition to look back and explain why it was that we were so smart... but some people seem to be far more human than others.
