KJC every US state wants to be a Garden of Eden while the serious business is done NIMBY. They want aim to be a big imense zoo cum kindergarten paid by the taxes generated by economic activity elsewhere. It comes a time that the economic activity elsewhere can, no longer pay for the they want to live in. It will come a time they have to let drill for gas and oil, and have a real world economy.
