My guess, would be less than 1%.

After all, from the data the top 1%, all multimillionares, own half the stock, so they probably get at least half the dividends. For your figure to be close virtually all the stocks not owned by the upper 1% would have to be owned by seniors who are not millionares. From glancing around SI it appears that a lot of those stocks are owned by younger investors, either directly, through 401Ks, or mutual funds.
