Party Time,

Redeem thyself sinner, it is not too late. The wilderness beckons. Or beacons, or whatever. I've just fired off a most disquieting post citing Akira Kurosawa's "Dersu Uzala" as a metaphor for the lack of frontiers that humans need today as a safety valve for the overpopulation that brings on situations like the occupation of Iraq.

Re: that no mission at all was accomplished,

You obviously don't collect a $10,000/mo. paycheck from Halliburton, tax free, as so many George Bush supporters do as they toil in the new market for Kuwaiti gasoline. Where the basic commodity is bought at $0.70/gal., sold to the CPA at $2.65/gal. which then distributes this precious liquor of living to the livid at $0.04 to $0.15/gal.

God Bless America. Where else could a manager make $120,000 per year tax free for such a winning scheme? And he only has to donate $2,000 per annum to George Bush and his ex-boss Dick Cheney in order to turn this into a perpetual motion machine.

Thank gawd the American taxpayer is such a clueless fool! Hallelujiah!
