RR, Re: IMO-It would send shock waves worldwide showing Calif. is open to exploration again. Only a thought, but it would be something if the news happened. Arnold himself breaking the bubble of this IMO artificial high price of oil. The backlash against a Hummer-driving "environmentalist" opening up the California coastal waters to the rape and pillage crowd would be profound. I can't imagine Ahhnold's slick handlers being quite that stupid. The energy potential of offshore reserves in California is negligible. The political fallout for trying to reward this to rapacious oil executives would be suicidal for the Terminated.
