I have, and this is a completely ridiculous vehicular choice. Perhaps you don't understand how cynical all this Bush chatter about hydrogen powered vehicles is? The whole idea was to distract the public from sensible solutions like the hybrid vehicles such as the Toyota Prius, and present the public with pie-in-the-sky solution that can't possibly be made practical.

Bush's cynicism is only matched by your naivete about the fact that he was trying to hoodwink you (no pun intended) with his disingenuous enthusiasm for hydrogen powered vehicles.

Again, I think you are naive about the situation in the California off-shore waters. There are currently thousands of acres upon which leases have been paid for, which unlike Jeb Bush's Florida, have become stranded costs for oil and gas exploration companies that are precluded from drilling on existing leaseholds.
