Can anyone ask Heinz the following: I am US citizen and I would like to put together a fixed income porfolio or no-dollar debt. Not sure to buy euro, yen or wan(sp) debt. This is to take advantage of a falling dollar and get an income stream too. Also not sure what maturity or rate is the best buy's currently. His help is appreciated.
